What & where will we eat?
Self catering – Both our University and budget accommodation are self catering and you will therefore be able to make your own meals in the kitchen provided. There are large supermarkets near both of the university campus’ and the budget accommodation where you will be able to buy food for your group.  Maps and directions will be available closer to the time.

Eating out – There are loads of places to eat out nearby. You and your group will receive vouchers in your registration bags for a number of restaurants such as MacDonald’s, Pizza Hut, & Nandos

What will we need to bring?
If you are staying in university or budget accommodation your young people will need to bring bedding and towels as they are not included in this years package.  As a group leaders you will need to bring cooking & kitchen equipment for your group, such as plates, bowls, knife & folks etc. An oven, hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster will be provided in each kitchen. We suggest you ask your young people to bring their own plate, bowl, knife & fork etc.

What time will we need to arrive on Monday & leave on Friday?
Conference registration will begin from around 2pm on the first day of the conference & will close at 5pm. (Time are subject to change) If you are staying at !AUDACIOUS University or Budget accommodation you will be registering at your accommodation and will need to travel to the venue in time for the first evening session at 6.45pm.  If you are a conference delegate with either no accommodation or your own accommodation you will need to be registered at the venue itself.  The Conference will endeavor to finish by 10.30pm on the final night, if you are staying in !AUDACIOUS accommodation you will need to have checked out on the Friday by 10am.
